Rhacophorus maximus is a species of frog in the Rhacophoridae family. It is found in Bangladesh, China, India, Myanmar, Nepal, Thailand, possibly Bhutan, and possibly Laos. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, and ponds. It is not considered threatened by the IUCN.
